Mobile Device Repair Technician
- Hyderabad, India (with opportunities for on-site and remote work)
Skills :
- Proven experience diagnosing and repairing a wide range of mobile device issues (smartphones, tablets)
- Expertise in hardware repairs, including screen replacements, battery replacements, and component-level repairs
- Strong understanding of mobile operating systems (Android, iOS)
- Excellent customer service skills – ability to communicate clearly and build trust with clients
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality repairs
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems effectively
Qualifications :
- Minimum 1 year of experience in mobile device repair or a related field (preferred)
- A+ or equivalent certification (a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (may be required for on-site repairs)
