About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries regarding mobile repair services
- Schedule appointments for in-store repairs or pickups for mail-in repairs
- Provide clear and accurate information about repair options, pricing, and turnaround times
- Assist customers with troubleshooting common mobile device issues (basic knowledge helpful)
- Process repair orders and payments efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system
- Build rapport with customers and foster a positive brand image
