About the Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries regarding mobile repair services
  • Schedule appointments for in-store repairs or pickups for mail-in repairs
  • Provide clear and accurate information about repair options, pricing, and turnaround times
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting common mobile device issues (basic knowledge helpful)
  • Process repair orders and payments efficiently
  • Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system
  • Build rapport with customers and foster a positive brand image
